[A total lie. The only thing Rumlow remembers from childhood right now is fighting kids in an alleyway and getting hit by his old man. Doesn't sound real saintly. Doubts he's changed much either. There are still details missing from his life, but Rumlow is pretty sure that aspect of his personality is still the same.
